dpstudios was founded in Milan in 2007 by Davide Pensato to meet all the audio production and integration needs of the game industry.
Decades of experience on different gaming platforms have allowed us to develop a strong professionalism and aptitude for problem-solving, on the basis of which we select our professionals, able to cooperate with other departments and capable of dealing with all creative and technical aspects.

Davide Pensato_Audio Director / Founder
After graduating in Telecommunications Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Davide starts his career in Ubisoft Studios Milan, working as Audio Director. In January 2007, he founds his own company (dpstudios) offering game audio consulting and services. Both creative and technical, Davide leads dpstudios team through a creative process that starts from concept to implementation by using the latest audio tools and a deep understanding of game engine integration.

After graduating in Telecommunications Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Davide starts his career in Ubisoft Studios Milan, working as Audio Director. In a couple of years he becomes Audio Director entering the Board of Directors. In January 2007, he founds his own company (dpstudios) offering game audio consulting and services. Lucia Mendez_Administration Manager
Soon after graduating in Law in 2008 at the Panamerican University of San Salvador, Lucia is hired as a Legal Assistant at the San Salvador Education Court. Since 2016, she works with dpstudios in Milan, serving as Administration Manager. She directly interacts with collaborators and clients.

Luigi di Guida_LEAD COMPOSER
Luigi is a music composer for media with more than fifteen years of experience. His ability to integrate with development team and versatility in addressing different musical genres makes him a good choice for a lot of games needing interactive music. For over 10 years, he shares his passion through a constant teaching activity.

Andrea Romani_LEAD SOUND DESIGNER
Andrea starts working in the audio world at the age of 16 specializing in Hip Hop music post-production and recording. He graduates in sound design at IED Milan in 2017 and while working on movies and commercials, he intensifies the collaboration with dpstudios first as a freelance and currently as a lead sound designer.

Loris has been trained at Event Horizon School in Milan under the guidance of Davide Pensato and Andrea Romani. His talent in sound design and his proactiveness leads him to collaborate with dpstudios in 2021. Furthermore, he engages in musical projects collaborating with international artists in the metal genre.

Camillo is a sound designer, composer and audio engineer. After his classical music graduation at Scuola Civica di Musica Claudio Abbado, he develops interest in sound design studying at IED Milan. After his second graduation, following his interests in sound and game design, he joins dpstudios in 2021.

Christian Galdini is a sound designer, composer and musician based in Como. He studied sound design at IED Milan, where he also met Davide Pensato and Andrea Romani. In 2024 he graduated by creating the entire sound design and music for a video game. In the same year he commenced his collaboration with dpstudios.
